Tom Yam soup with prawns, shiitake mushrooms, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots and onions. This mouthwatering soup has it all – sour, spicy, salty, sweet…ummmmm! Of course you also have the soft mushrooms and carrots, plus the crunch of cauliflower and prawns. It is an all-around meal.

This Thai dish features bean thread vermicelli noodles, shrimp, fresh shiitake mushrooms, wood ear fungus, minced pork, bean sprouts, and fried eggs. Garnished with a little chopped cilantro and fresh squeezed lime juice. Healthy and delicious!
Picked up a couple of these threadfin fish at the Asian grocery. Seasoned with salt and pepper, dusted with corn starch, and pan fried until golden brown and delicious. Splashed just a few drops of soy sauce to finish. This fish has nice, white flesh and few bones. The best part is the cheek meat.
