Now, on with the Quick Asian Dish of the day, Mustard Potatoes. This dish is part of a weeklong series that I’m doing in honor of Steamy Kitchen Jaden’s birthday. She’s looking for recipes that take 15 minutes or less to prepare.

Salmon fillet was sprinkled with salt and pepper, then grilled for 4 minutes per side. Dressing is a lemon-dill sauce. Mashed potatoes with granulated garlic, buttermilk, and parsley flakes. Steamed cauliflower on the side.
The fish came out perfect, but there was some sticking on the grill grates. Gotta remember to oil the grates before cooking.
Annie found some great deals on vegetables at Lunardi’s on Saturday monrning. They had just put out some veggies bagged for clearance and she scored a head of organic cauliflower, some fingerling potatoes, some huge mushrooms, and a bag of blue lake beans.
